AI is used as an assistance tool rather than as a substitute for professional judgement. AI-assisted property content is subject to human review before publication. We remain responsible for ensuring that the information we provide to consumers complies with applicable consumer law.
Some property photographs may be virtually staged using artificial intelligence or other digital technology. Where virtual staging has been used, this will be stated in the relevant property description.
Virtual staging is intended to illustrate how a property might appear when furnished or decorated. Virtually staged images may show furniture, furnishings, artwork, lighting, decoration or other non-permanent items that are not physically present and are not necessarily included in a sale or tenancy.
We do not intend to use virtual staging to conceal or materially alter structural features, room dimensions, layout, windows, external views, physical condition, defects or other material characteristics of the property.
